KOKO Classics adheres to Consumer Guarantees Act, Fair Trading Policy and Trademe Standard Trading terms.
We offer a 12 month RTB warranty on all new items, however excludes seconds, damaged stock on antique items.
Freight will not be included on any warranty items. 'RTB' means the buyer pays for returning to base for replacements.
Because many items of our stock are handmade using natural or recycled materials, conditions in your home i.e heatpumps excess heat or sun may cause some items to warp or crack and is not considered at fault.
